Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Osiris API gateway service ("Service") operated by Osiris ("we", "our", "us") at osiris-code.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Osiris provides a multi-model AI API gateway that allows you to access various AI language models through a unified API. The Service includes:

• API access to AI language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other formats)
• Token-based billing with pre-deduct and refund system
• User dashboard for API key management and usage monitoring
• API documentation

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
• You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. API Usage and Billing

Token System

• API usage is billed in tokens, with different models having different multipliers
• Tokens are pre-deducted before each request and the difference is refunded after completion
• Token packages do not expire once purchased
• Unused tokens are non-refundable except at our discretion

Rate Limits

We may impose rate limits on API usage to ensure fair access for all users. Current limits are displayed in your dashboard and via response headers.

API Keys

• Each API key has its own token balance
• You may create up to 10 API keys per account
• API keys can be revoked at any time through the dashboard
• We may revoke API keys that violate these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated means to create accounts or generate API keys
• Resell or redistribute API access without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Change pricing, models, or features with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the API (prompts). The AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. We do not claim ownership of your input or output content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osiris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination:

• Your API keys will be immediately revoked
• Remaining token balance is non-refundable
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
